Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders: Customer’s Supply Chain / KAM / DC & CS
- Work with KAM/customer to manage Promotion Forecast
- Tracking Promotion Sell-out to manage replenishment (quota if applicable)
- Monitoring promotions & launches forecast accuracy indicators and provide constructive feedback and learning
- Monitor Stock level and Supply risks, and notify customer and teams for potential issues
- Coordinate Sell-in Forecast with KAM and DP for New Launches and Promotions as well as working closely with Customer’s Supply Chain / DC / CS
- Order Analysis of Replenishment parameter and challenge customer
- Prepare and Analyze KPIs (SL, OSA, OTIF, Promo/New Launch forecast deviation, Dispute DC Rate, and SIT) and distribute Monthly Report to all related parties
- To be the owner, lead & organize Meeting to review KPIs/address current issues/Joint forecasting
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
- Bachelor’s degrees in related field
- prefer candidate who has background from key account and supply chain with experience 1 - 2 years.
- Open to other industry like E-commerce If come from fast-paced environment
