Merchandise & Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate merchandise orders with internally

• Manage order placement, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.

• Handle import documentation, liaise with customs agents, and ensure smooth customs clearance.

• Collaborate with logistics partners to manage inbound shipments.

• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.

• Work closely with the merchandising, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely execution.

• Identify and solve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of work experience in merchandising, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

• Proficient in English and Thai, Mandarin is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with international shipping, customs clearance, and import processes.

• Experience with ERP systems or order/inventory management tools is a plus.

• A positive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
