In this role, you’ll get to:
- Focus on raising Agoda’s reputation as an employer of choice – what it’s like to be an Agoda, the tech innovations at Agoda, our passion for building travel for the world, and why people should join us.
- Lead high-impact initiatives across key channels, including employer brand campaigns, events and employee advocacy efforts, to enhance candidates’ perception and awareness of Agoda and our employee value propositions.
- Build new programs, experiment and test, and learn along the way.
- Support internal communications efforts. This includes developing programs and content that resonate with our employees globally, and programs that can be replicated in more than one office to drive employee advocacy and engagement.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A self-starter, with the ability to identify challenges and opportunities, and develop practical and scalable solutions.
- Solid project management and organizational skills, with the talent to multi-task and prioritize while working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize data and analytics to track metrics, assess program effectiveness of, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
