Communicate the value of the Retail Solution to customer; Effectively translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements
Provide appropriate information of products (specifications, documentation, pricing, lead times etc.) to support sales process and customer inquiries
Able to work closely with BD and product team to propose solutions to help customer pain points.
Serve as liaison between Sales & Technical Team and the customer
Provide E2E services to our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Excellent in Solution Architecture Designing and Technical Solution
Work closely with BD to provide Pre-Sales and Technical Support
Design The solution and provide BOM for the projects (Common Requirement)
Provide the solution Architecture and Diagram to match with Retail Customer Journey to customers
Prepare Presentation, POCs, Site Survey, Statement of Work (SOW) and TOR as needed
Handover Post Sales Documents to the Project Manager, Operation Team and After Sales Team
Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure the success of the products
- Strategy & Planning:
Understand business and industry trends.
Identify new market and maintain fruitful relationship with existing customers
Obtain a strong knowledge of the solutions being offered and effectively relay its benefits to partners and customers
Develop a competitive sales strategy that anticipates competitor actions and places Trends as the best in the market to meet customer objectives
Analyze creation of solution offer and proposal development to ensure it promotes value
Have a significant responsibility and influence to shape the team’s future direction
Forge strong relationship with Partners, Vendors, and Clients
Design, implement and evaluate Sales strategies and processes, and ensure their efficiency
Furnish proposals or RFPs, bid documents, Statement of Works, and Contracts
Understand the Retail Market both Thailand and Global Trends and find the solutions to address the pain point to reduce the cost, increase more productivity and increase the customer satisfaction in Retail Customer Journey
- Pricing:
Working with BD to do the develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered, doing P&L with the net profit, market knowing trends and forecasts including to know the competitors as well.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or the related subject is required.
5 years of experience with at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the B2B sector, Systems Integrator or IoT solutions
Experience in designing Solution in Retail Business or the related subject is required.

Must have experience working in IoT solutions under responsibilities.
