Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops, and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.

• Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes, and functional requirements.

• Work with different IT teams and vendor to deliver system solutions for the business.

• Developing a requirement document.

• Perform Test case / Test scenario / Test UAT with IT vendors and users.

• Monitor day-to-day operation of system

• Support production incidents together with team and vendor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Business analysis, System analysis, IT consultant, or related fields.

• Experience in SFA/DMS, FMCG business will be preferable

• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines.

• Good command of English (writing and speaking)

• Good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
