Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand manufacturing process related requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with manufacturing Functional Expert (FE) to co-develop effective technical solutions.
Design end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and best practices in food manufacturing as well as Thai Union standards
Incorporate manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant manufacturing technologies (e.g. OT-IT integration) into solution designs.
Technology Evaluation
Stay current on emerging technologies in the manufacturing sector and evaluate their potential benefits for the organization.
Recommend appropriate technologies and tools that enhance efficiency, traceability, and quality control in food manufacturing processes.
An understanding of SAP environment is an advantage
Technical Leadership
Lead the technical implementation of manufacturing solutions, providing guidance to development teams.
Ensure that technical designs adhere to Thai Union architecture principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements specific to food manufacturing.
Integration and Compatibility
Ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing manufacturing systems (e.g. MES), applications (SAP and non-SAP), and infrastructure.
Validate compatibility with current hardware, software, and networking environments, focusing on manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
Security and Compliance
Integrate security best practices and food safety regulations into solution designs where applicable.
Understand industry standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000 (Food safety management system), and other relevant regulatory requirements is an advantage
Documentation and Communication
Prepare detailed solution designs, architectural documentation, and implementation guidelines tailored to manufacturing processes.
Communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, emphasizing the impact on manufacturing operations.
Quality Assurance
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define testing strategies and validate solution performance in a manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development and implementation phases, with a focus on minimizing production downtime.
Education/Training Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Solution Architecture, such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
Experience
10 Years of experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, and design of complex solutions.
Proven track record of delivering scalable and integrated solutions within a large enterprise environment.
Experience in working with manufacturing automation, equipment sensors & signal collection as well as MES and ERP integration
Experience working in manufacturing environment, not restricted to food. Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
