Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that enhance solution effectiveness.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that technical designs align with established architecture standards.
Integration and Compatibility
Ensure that platforms and solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
Verify the compatibility of proposed solutions with hardware, software, and network environments.
Security and Compliance
Incorporate security best practices into platforms and other solution designs (SSO with Entra, MFA, PIM, PAM, RBAC…).
Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Communication
Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation guidelines.
Communicate solution designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define testing strategies and validate solution functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during implementation.
Technical Direction and Coordination
Help define the technical direction for the product/group and coordinate across product teams to ensure that every team has defined architecture patterns.
Requirements Transformation
Transforms requirements into specific solution architecture design documents.
Architectural Governance
Governs the technical design against approved architectural standards and makes final decisions on any technology changes or exceptions to architectural standards.
Business Alignment and Integration
Understanding business processes and requirements, ensuring the platform aligns with business goals, and integrating various business functions into a cohesive system.
Scalability, Reliability, and Adaptability
Ensures that the platform is scalable, reliable, and adaptable to changing business needs, while maintaining data integrity and security. They work closely with stakeholders across different departments to facilitate smooth system deployment and continuous improvement.
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, IT Engineer, Computer Science or a related field.
Relevant certifications in solution architecture and technology vendors preferred.
Experience
5 - 7 years+ of experience in Solution Architecture, with a focus on cloud transformation/migration for Digital Transformation
Proven track record in designing and delivering complex platforms and solutions.
Expertise in Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
Expertise in Virtualization technologies (e.g. Nutanix or VMware)
Work location base at Thai Union’s corporate office – SM Tower, Bangkok.
