Account Management: Serve as liaisons between a company and our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction, having input into overall development of account plans, and coordinating the delivery of proposals, reports
Strategy: Develop and implement social/digital communication strategies and execution of comprehensive social media marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support client objectives including setup and execution within social channels. Support on developing social/creative team.
Content Planning: Be the gatekeeper of brand local content calendar creation across all campaigns. Content strategy: Platform / Trend / Market research. Creative briefing + copy writing + localisation ideation. Client service: sharing content calendar with local client and getting feedback/approvals. Project management: campaign + always on social
Community/Platform Management: Taking ownership of managing clients’ social platforms independently. Manage and oversee various social media accounts and monitor relevant online conversations and respond appropriately. Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring to help evolve social strategy. Follow social processes and guidelines set out by clients and the internal team. Ensure all tools are functional and effective in relation to the client’s social and community strategy.
Insights/Reporting: Conduct qualitative competitive analysis on clients and competitors’ social activity. Have a broad understanding of reporting metrics to help improve and strengthen Social Media management activity and social content development. Regularly review client’s competitors and comparators to benchmark social activity and broaden understanding of social landscape. Compile monthly reports to analyse social media presence of brands, determine the efficacy of strategy and identify areas for improvement
What skills and experience you will need?
At least 2 years’ experience in agency as Social Media Content or Community Manager
Meticulous and conscientious
Some level of experience with managing Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Line, and other relevant social media platforms for brands
Intellectual curiosity for all and thirst for innovation in the social media realm
Understanding of digital, marketing and advertising concepts as well as data/statistics
Strong communication skills, written and oral
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ownership of managing clients’ social platforms independently
Experience with Adobe Creative suite for in graphic/visual design will be a plus
