Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Provide HSE consultancy and HSE oversight for onsite operation.
Engage the workforce at job sites, monitor their work, perform competency assessments on high-risk and high-consequence activities, and coach workforce and frontline leaders to build and sustain competency standards for roles critical to OE performance based on risk, consequence, and operational complexity.
Conduct onsite inspection, safeguard assurance in high-consequence and high-risk operation follow-up, and close gaps if required.
Analyzing and acting on safeguard performance data on a facility to be identified through assurance activities and applying learning from assurance analyses to improve risk assessment quality on a facility
Controlled and managed contractors via the COEM process to ensure contractor operation met Chevron HSE process requirements and HSE expectations and complied with Thailand law and regulations.
Provides workforce safety guidance and support to operations teams with technical safety specialists.
Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE or related fields in engineering, Science, Occupational Health, and Safety.
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
Good command of the English language in listening, speaking, and writing.
Able to work in an offshore environment.
