Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager
Profile
At least 2 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry
Sales and resulted-oriented
Excellent customer servicing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
