Perform as plant leader in "Funding the Growth" program to ensure plant operation cost is maintain competitiveness, as well as coordinate with all stakeholders to initiative new projects to lower product cost.
Perform roles of plant analyst to understand plant operating conditions and ensure effectiveness everywhere.
Creates, coordinates & implements all new strategies / plant work system / digital tools to ensure the plant's overall performance is moving toward becoming a manufacturing excellent concept as well as comply with Corporate directions.
Coordinate with global IT team, training of end users and solve the problem, knowledge transfer between IT and system users
Work closely with the production team in Productivity Improvement activities.
Monitors and controls the plant performance system for the whole plant to comply with the standard.
Coordinate with related parties to conducting the EMO and test run product including cost estimates, time lines and specifications for business feasibility studies and maintenance activities.
Facilitates sharing of ideas, knowledge and best practices to improve processes and solve problems.
Understands the linkages among supply/demand KPIs and the impact of tools improvement on those KPIs
Coordinates with all concerns such as Project Engineers for the equipment/facilities installation and modifications to ensuring the improvement of equipment processes. system, Technical service and quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical or related fields.
At least 3 years experience in plant operations or production planning
At least 3 years Previous experience in manufacturing environment
Experience in Manufacturing Industry will be advantaged
Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment
Root cause analysis skills
Continuous improvement mindset and results driven
Good communication & Presentation skills
Good English communication skills both writing and speaking
Proficient in using Google tools is preferable. Other computer skills.
