Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Solution Design: Work with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with best practices.
• System Configuration: Collaborate with Salesforce developers or stakeholders to perform the configuration such as roles, profiles, validation rules and flows on the system to achieve the business needs.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in delivering Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring alignment with the project scope and timeline.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.
• Testing & Validation: Create and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support during deployment.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and in detail documentation of system design, requirements, process flows, and user manuals for Salesforce solutions.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and features.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements, leveraging Salesforce functionality to drive automation and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure that all Salesforce implementations are compliant with relevant data security, privacy, and industry-specific regulations.
Mandatory :
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Banking business is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications preferred.
• Excellent command of English
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, capabilities, and customizations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively across different time zones.
