Senior Sales Support (Oil & Gas and Projects)

Job Descriptions

• Provide sales administrative support in relation to scheduling of sales meeting, preparation of sales collateral material, client & internal SOPs
• Monitoring track and tracing all quotations to ensure “Quotation” folder is up-to-date
• Contact potential Oil & Gas customers to qualify and process sales leads and credit applications.
• Maintain customer tariffs, administrate necessary activities including rate revisions and schedules of Oil & Gas as well as Capital Projects market.
• Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by Manager.
• Prepare quotations for DSV network and targeted accounts within the applicable pricing policy.
• Ensuring of proper Job handing over to operations team, and promptly to support operations team when require.
• Prepare costing and proposal documents to support Oil & Gas Tender activity.
• Gathering all update Oil & Gas / Capital Projects news in Thailand from external source and provide summary report to Manager.
• Support Oil & Gas Business Implementation.
• Understand Petroleum Act 70, and other relevant privileges required for Oil & Gas activities in Thailand such as Freezone, Bonded, JDA, BOI etc.
• HSE awareness and follow HSE regulation.
• Others specific task as assignment by the management.

Position Requirements

• Thai citizen with Bachelor's degree
• Good command of English and Thai
• 3-5 years, preferably with working experience in a multinational freight forwarder for Oil & Gas, Projects and OOG.
• Good knowledge of air / sea / customs brokerage/ inland trucking / cross border trucking / Oil & Gas tax exception privilege.
• Good computer skills
