PURPOSE

• The Professional Affairs Consultant (PAC) will serve as an extension of the Professional Affairs department in the field.
• The PAC will promote and implement the Professional Affairs strategies in the field.
• The PAC will act as consultant for Eye Care Professional through instore training and serve as a clinical patient management consultant for sales representatives and ECP (Eye Care Professional) customers.
• The PAC will facilitate PA and Management team meetings with key ECPs. The PAC will create/develop professional communications to ECPs.
• The PAC will provide monthly Professional Field Reports to PA and Management Team. Key items featured in Bi-Monthly Professional Field Reports include, but are not limited to: o Key lessons learned o Competitive Landscape o ECP Issues/Complaints o Key Opinion Leader and ECP Meetings

Key Accountabilities

• PAC sessions engaging New ECPs, Experienced ECPs and KOLs
• Provide support at J&J-ECP meetings
• ECP follow-up including clinical Patient Management troubleshooting
• Assessment and communication of the professional landscape to PA
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
• Conduct TVCI, ACUVUE workshop, group training
• Provide internal training o Monthly basis >>> submit topic
• Create local KOL with Eye Doctor and Optometrist o Support marketing
• Join Call with CDE for trouble shooting & field coaching to CDE
• RA o Support product & technical

Qualifications

• Training o Minimum education – Optometry qualification o Leadership, motivational and consultancy-providing skill
• 2-3 years of Experience in optical industry
• Excellent communication skills
• English proficiency in reading, listening, speaking and writing skills
• Volume or unit measure of Job Duties o Minimum of 68 stores for in-store training per month o Minimum of 1 ECP group meeting per POA cycle
• Equipment usage or abilities needed o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email communication o Automobile driving and history of safe driving
