Responsibilities:

1. To Manage Manufacturing Engineering department activities (SAP) which consist of timing plan and/or project milestone defining the manufacturing processes including procuring equipment, tools, spare parts, fixtures, and other needed manufacturing resources.
2. To Lead and Manage Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA’s) request and control spending.
3. To Planning for procure equipment, tools local and/or oversea which meet customer Milestone, Quantity and Quality requirements.
4. To Lead installation NEW machine and equipment with local maintenance teams.
5. To Lead and Manage plant production capacity planning and Machine utilization ratio.
6. Plant keys window to coordinate, cooperate with outside AE, AME, GME.
7. Design review and initiate process flow and control plan.
8. To Manage local and/or oversea Machine maker according to timing plan and/or project milestone.
9. To Lead prepare raw material according lasted BOM, go & see local and/or oversea Machine debugging with Machine maker.
10. Create operator documentations, study, and define cycle times and production targets.
11. Provide training (Product and Process) to related persons (Production staff and Maintenance technicians.
12. Plan & enhance mistake proofs, line balancing and material handling for the existing and new projects.
13. Lead customer concerns with quality other departments. Responsible for timely response to customer.
14. Responsible for planning and implementing new projects referring to GDPIM (Global Development Program Introductory Management) and customer directed systems (APQP).
15. Do efficiency and cost analysis studies on processes and materials where required.
16. To participate and promote cost reduction, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to IATF 16949:2016 System.
17. To perform any other duties directed by the Manager. 
18. Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949:2016 to the area of work.
19. Maintain 5S activities.
20. Customer representative for special characteristic, CAR/PAR, capacity analysis, logistics information, customer score card and customer portals.

1. To stop any activity, which may endanger someone’s safety, cause an environmental accident, or produce defective product.
2. Stop production line if there are any problems which affect to quality
3. To reject or accept materials and develop any necessary documentation to maintain control of the defective (non-conforming material).
4. To stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in automotive component machining, PLC, traceability and/or assembly process quality control.
3. Minimum 3 years experience middle management and/or team leader level
4. Experience in Foaming Injection, Steering Wheel, Driver Air Bag and Seatbelt Systems is preferred.
5. Project leading and Project Planning knowledge.
6. Lean line design and Manufacturing design, Machine design knowledge according to Capacity, Safety, Quality basis.
7. Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO14001).
8. Knowledge Advanced quality planning activities and using various quality tools i.e. APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Problem Analysis tools, etc.
9. Experience in designing fixtures using ACAD, CATIA or similar
