Account Executive (Smart Industrial Solutions - IoT), Packaging Business
Responsibilities:
Explore opportunity and customers to open and close sale
Deliver product & service demonstration and presentations
Building relationships with customers and understanding their business processes.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solutions to identify opportunities for upselling
Working with internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
Minimum GPA of 2.7.
Open to new graduates; experience in B2B sales or technical sales will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English (TOEIC score of at least 550 required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of technical systems and ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in negotiation, deal closing, and handling complex projects with long sales cycles.
Highly self-motivated, logical, and goal-oriented.
Eager to learn new technologies and sales strategies.
Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive.
Able to travel abroad for work occasionally.
