Enhance the effectiveness and abilities of Sales Executives in the Sales Department of LINEMAN and Wongnai platforms, and improve the sales process to continuously increase sales volume both within and outside of Bangkok.
Develop sales plans, design processes, and create supporting documents for presentations. Also, track the results for evaluation and continuous improvement.
Design and manage training programs and role-playing activities, as well as develop other sales skills within the sales department.
Analyze sales performance, statistics, market trends, and competitors to formulate recommendations and plans for increasing sales.
Coordinate and support the requested tasks of the sales department and collaborate with them as necessary.
What you’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales training experience in e-commerce company.
Have good sales and negotiation skills.
Have strong teaching or training skills.
Have the ability to simplify complex information for easy understanding.
Having experience as a Sales Trainer/Coach is a plus.
Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms, and adaptable to changes.
