Senior Medical Brand Manager
Responsibilities
• Develop brand strategy from brand performance analysis, HCPs research & insight, mom journey in medical channel, communication and activities tracking, market analysis,
competitor movement analysis.
• Closely monitor business performance. Analyze key issues, opportunities, implication and provide recommendation to strength brand performance & capture business opportunities to achieve brand objectives.
• Develop brand communication and activation in medical channel to strengthen brand credibility and drive HCP commitment ladder.
• Manage and monitor HN activation performance & make sure implementation is on track as planed and also monitor to improve effectiveness of each project.
• Develop & manage Medical brand manager to execute brand communications and activities to achieve brand and business objectives.
• Develop and manage NPD pipeline, product portfolio, pricing strategy and channel mix for Tailored nutrition.
• Collaborate with HN team & cross functional team to deliver business results. And make sure alignment communication across.
• Manage Brand A&P, P&L, Sales to achieve company and brand target.
• Responsible for forecast accuracy of demand forecast IFFO Dumex (which contributed from HN activities) and Tailored nutrition.
• Contribute in monthly meeting such as HN Monthly meeting, Demand Forecast, NPD, HN & TMKT Meeting, HNA Cycle meeting, etc.
• Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitutes , HCS policy and any related regulations applying locally.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master 's in Medical, Nutritional Education, Food Science or related fields.
• Strategic thinking, strong communication and influencing skills, presentation skill.
• Results oriented, with a track record of establishing clear expectations and setting objectives.
• Act speedily and efficiently to find solutions and able to prioritize multitasks and deal with time constraints and stress.
• Strong customer/consumer orientation - passion for infant and toddler nutrition and a passion for innovation.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in a medical marketing management role in medical marketing / consumer marketing in FMCG or Pharmacy/OTC environment.
