Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for both digital and traditional platforms to promote artists & tracks, ensuring maximum visibility and creative brand expression in every strategic channels, build lasting engagement with fans.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the reach of our business.
Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, agencies, outsources, media partners, brand partners, collection society, government and other industry professionals to foster collaboration and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including A&R, Legal, DSP, Marketing Communication, Digital Operation and creative services, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, driving forces in domestic economy and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
Manage budgets, contracts, and negotiations related to artist and partner development initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and digital platforms to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Music Business, Advertising and Media or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing & sales, strong drive/passion for revenue target achievement with a laser-focus on artist or brand development and partnership management.
Strong understanding of the Thailand consumer landscape, including trends, platforms, and consumer behavior, particularly in the Gen Z, Alpha, Y demographic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with artists, partners, agencies, and industry professionals.
Demonstrated ability to actively develop, drive and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent in both digital & traditional marketing.
Experience with details in managing budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and ability to multitask.
