Responsibilities:
Customization Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customization requests from the brand team
- Work closely with the supply chain to ensure smooth execution of product customizations
- Track project progress and resolve potential roadblocks
- Handle and improve the marketing initiatives' cost and budget to get the best result
- Brand CAM / TAM : Ensure the Translation claims fit is accurate, fits with local insights, and business intent and is in line with the technical guideline (regulatory/legal) and high-reaching as per marketing strategy
E-commerce Operations & Analysis:
- Handle the e-commerce operations for Thailand’s haircare category
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic actions
- Collaborate with the brand manager to optimize online sales and visibility
KOL & Influencer Strategy:
- Work closely with the brand manager and KOL agencies to identify the right influencers for the brand
- Evaluate the effectiveness of KOL strategies and recommend improvements
- Be responsible for the KOL content approval process, including reviewing scripts and final assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ Or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. With an excellent academic background (Open for Fresh grad)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong communication and partner leadership skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and influencer management is a plus
- Proficient in English and Thai
