Oversee Cultural Orientation curricula revision and updates, ensuring the curricula stays up to date, accurate, and adheres to program policies, objectives and indicators;
Develop and maintain a regular curricula revision and feedback mechanism in all RSC Asia locations;
Ensure curricula is standardized across RSC Asia, while incorporating localized materials into lessons, as necessary;
Conduct regular class observations to ensure class delivery adheres to curricula;
Prepare and submit curricula monitoring reports to Cultural Orientation Coordinator on a regular basis;
Facilitate both in-person and remote class, as required;
Collaborate closely with RSC Asia Cultural Orientation management on curricula development and monitoring purposes;
Recommend changes to curricula and training in response to data collected from monitoring activities;
Oversee the development of class materials in collaboration with the Cultural Orientation Coordinator and RSC Asia Cultural Orientation teams;
Contribute to the onboarding and training of Cultural Orientation staff;
Maintain a thorough understanding of the overall U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, resettlement issues and policies related to Cultural Orientation;
Maintain close contact with the Cultural Orientation Coordinator;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: University degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience;
Work Experience
Program management and/or staff supervisory experience;
At least three (3) years of experience in a related field, which includes curriculum development and implementation
Previous work experience in refugee resettlement processing is preferable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), familiar with START preferred;
Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment;
Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and regionally, including remote settings;
Willingness and ability to take calls outside of regular working hours, as required.
