You will plan & control and follow preventive maintenance schedules to make the machine and equipment reliable, handle day-to-day equipment preparation and maintenance task.
You will perform breakdown maintenance on time to ensure no effect on the production plan.
You will ensure all equipment, process, and people work safely by systematically monitor, testing, and fixing immediately when unsafe conditions are found.
You will record and report all incidents in the plant and find new ways of working if possible.
You will be responsible for Key Machine Spare part inventory and cost control.
You will independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff, improve the development of machines to increase production efficiency or fix problem in the production process, improve and manage documents in the Maintenance Section.
You will process monthly maintenance KPI report, analyze and take action to achieve KPIs target, improve total preventive maintenance system and 5S for the plant and other duties as assigned.

Your Background
You hold bachelor’s degree in engineering of electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or another related field.
5 to10 years of experience in maintenance for assembly productions.
Experience and understanding of machine and equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Sense of Urgency and strong Safety mind.
Male gender and willing to work on the floor for practical work, repair, and maintenance 70%, document work 30%.
Computer Skill MS. Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD 2D, proficient in PLC skills and designing electrical circuits.
Strong in Planning & Control, machine spare parts control, and systematic thinking.
Measurement system analysis skill, mistake proofing skill, Innovation skill.
Problem-solving problem analysis and decision-making skills.
Details-oriented with good analytical skills and a good learner.
