About the job
This role involves coordinating with the OneSAP team, preparing LP data for OneSAP, managing production line schedules, driving operational improvements, performing gap analysis, supporting solution assessment, analyzing production line performance, providing end-user training, escalating critical topics, supporting OneSAP Go Live, and ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing OEE. In your new role you will:
- Coordinate with OneSAP team.
- Prepare LP data for OneSAP team.
- Develop and manage production line schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
- Proactively involve in operational support and drive improvements in key areas on WIP flow and Cycle time management.
- Perform gap analysis, highlight issues and seek support for potential risks on meeting key performance indicators.
- Support for solution assessment with the input from individual expert and extended team.
- Analyze production line schedules and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization for OneSAP
- Conduct training to end user.
- Escalate to local & regional track lead for any critical topics that might impact to go live.
- Support OneSAP Go Live in ATMP area.
- Execute and meet on time delivery commitment towards internal and external customers while optimizing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
- 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing in a factory will be an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Program such as Power Point, Excel ,Word , SAP , Tableau.
- Understand about production control principles and planning line production.
- Analytical thinking, Improvement or problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.
