Key Responsibilities:
Investment Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on potential investment opportunities, including market trends, company financials, and competitive landscapes.
- Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations.
- Assist with the preparation of investment committee materials and meeting minutes.
Due Diligence:
- Support the due diligence process for new investments, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market developments.
- Coordinate with external advisors and consultants as needed.
- Work with business units (BUs) and the internal team to facilitate necessary assistance.
Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Collaboration:
- Assist in strategic initiatives, including commercial deals and funding opportunities.
- Collaborate with various corporate departments to identify and secure investment and funding opportunities.
- Support strategic projects beyond the investment scope, contributing to overall corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts, to enhance the company's strategic positioning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record in investment analysis, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or related fields.
