Senior Global Equity Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Global Stock Trading Desk in executing orders for High Net Worth clients.
• Monitoring the trading system for a large number of clients and being prepared to offer support as needed.
• Conducting daily equity inventory checks for the comprehensive list of global stocks in our service.
• Engaging with Internal Clients (ICs) and Operations teams to provide support for clients.
• Collaborating with the trading system provider to improve systems and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth process for global equity trading.

Qualifications:

• Experience in global stock trading operations, serving High Net Worth clients.
• IC license (at least IC plain) is a must
• Proficiency in monitoring trading systems to ensure efficient execution of orders and readiness to provide support when necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct daily equity inventory checks for a diverse portfolio of global stocks.
• Experience in liaising with trading system providers to facilitate system improvements and resolve issues promptly, thereby ensuring seamless global equity trading processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and technology advancements to stay competitive in the field of global stock trading.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good command of English.
