Junior Operation Executive - Account Management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Account Management: Reviews of customer profiles. This involves updating customer information, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing any necessary adjustments or modifications.
•Managing Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the opening of private-fund accounts for customers, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. This involves verifying customer information, approving account openings, and conducting necessary checks to ensure compliance.
•Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Providing guidance and support to customers throughout the account opening process. This involves offering advice, addressing customer concerns, and efficiently resolving any issues that may arise.
•Third-Party Account Management: Manage accounts related to third-party entities, coordinate with custodians and related partners to manage all necessary private-fund account activities
•Contribution to Process Improvement: Contribute to the development, improvement, and automation of work processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and accuracy. This includes actively participating in initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
•Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on and understand various processes and regulations applicable to the role. This includes continuously educating oneself on regulatory requirements to ensure adherence and compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
•1-2 years of experience in financial institutions is preferred (New graduates are welcome).
•Proficiency in using computer software programs, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
•Show dedication, energy, and a strong desire to achieve success while being comfortable with routine tasks.
•Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
•Possess a client-centric mindset, demonstrating responsiveness, accountability, creativity, and enthusiasm.

•Able to work cooperatively with team members and meet deadlines.
EXTRA POINTS
•Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is a plus
•Passion for and interest in stock investment, passive investment, and wealth management
•Ability to work in a technology-focused or startup environment
•Prior experience working in FinTech is desired
