Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and manage scalable mobile architectures and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement and manage microservices architectures to ensure scalability and modularity of applications.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the codebase.
• Refactor and optimize existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Utilize best practices in mobile application development, including state management, navigation, and UI/UX principles.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely fixes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present all works and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Dart programming and a deep understanding of the Flutter framework.
• Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Flutter Test and Mockito.
• Knowledge of native Android and iOS development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Thai and English for effective communication with local and international teams.
