Regional Technical Support Application
Responsibilities:
1.To analyze the regional application cases raised from local application specialists to provide the integral solution and escalate to GTS if necessary.
2.Provide professional application services to regional KOL customers, establish a good relationship with doctors and increase the satisfaction of Mindray product and academic services.
3.Support the first unit installation of new products in regions and ensure the local team can provide good services and collect the problems or requirements properly after installation.
4.Organize training programs for local application specialists to raise the professions and service ability. Also, should provide internal technical discussion or sharing within the region to deliver application news and recent case sharing.
Self-develop the training material and provide the qualified training program to internal, distributors and end users as a trainer, and help department to develop internal trainers for the further education events.
Requirements:
1. Graduate/Post-Graduate, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medicine related, Relevant Professional Category
2.More than 3 years’ work experience in clinical laboratory with good operational skills in IVD products, such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay and Hematology analyzers. Be familiar with the principle, functional characteristics, and clinical application of IVD products.
More than 5 years of clinical application experience in IVD product companies or their distributors/partners. Be familiar with application process and customer relationship maintenance.
Experienced in delivering technical training for IVD products.
Experienced in on-site technical support, such as troubleshooting.
Experienced in VIP customer services and professional communications.
3.Good in both written and spoken English
4.Familiar with Computer and Office Software (Word, Excel and PPT)
5.Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, Logical thinking and Good Communication Skills
6.Well-organized, able to function independently with minimum supervision.
Enthusiastic together with a can-do attitude. A willingness to be in a field-based role, supporting customers and travelling is required to perform the role.
7.Work closely with the sales/engineer/internal application team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments, providing application and clinical support.
8.Help internal/external application team with the first unit installation training
9.Develop high-quality training material and provide high standard training events to internal, distributor and end users.
10.Help distributors and internal application specialists to solve IVD product issues, response in time.
11.Collect distributors and end-users’ feedback; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
12.Provide suggestions for the development of distributor’s application team.
13.Keep good relationship with local opinion leaders.
14.Have a deep understanding of the key accounts, which include good development and maintenance of customer relationships. Meanwhile have a close watch of competitor application activities.
15.Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
