Senior Associate, Data Analyst - Postpaid Convergence

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and leverage various data sources to develop dashboards, generate insights, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Explore and analyze data warehouses and database structures of varying complexity to drive effective analysis.
• Support data and analysis for executive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as well as ad-hoc business inquiries.
• Work closely with data warehouse and IT teams to extract data and set up processes required for different business functions and analyses.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automation of manual processes and optimization of data delivery.
• Handle large enterprise-wide datasets with flexibility in learning new platforms, techniques, and coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, BI tools) for analysis and solution delivery.
• Be proficient in one or more analytics or BI platforms/tools and remain adaptable to learning additional tools as needed to solve business challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Data Engineer role or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), and familiarity with various database systems.
• Technical skills: SQL, Python, Tableau, other development platforms, and BI tools.
• Experience supporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn new IT-related technologies and work closely with business teams.
• Experience in telecom and digital channel analytics is a plus.
