Own and hit/exceed quarterly sales targets for your division in Thailand
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Partner with direct clients and agencies to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Analyzing and reporting campaign results to clients
Utilize campaign data to build solid recommendations for new campaigns and/or products
Assist in building a sales team to increase pressure in the market and to support sales initiative
Qualification
Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience in digital advertising/sponsorship
Excellent network with media agencies and direct clients
A keen eye to seek out prospective clients and new business opportunities
Strong understanding of the influencer market and trends within the advertising industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience managing a sales team in Thailand
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as a head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
A gamer and esports fan is optimal.
