Sales Development Supervisor

Job Description

• Delivering on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals.
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of SDRs.
• Participating in the recruiting process and making hiring decisions.
• Driving SDR activity metrics and growing pipeline in specific territories.
• Monitoring the daily new prospect calling of SDRs.
• Tracking potential leads that align with company focus.
• Working closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to ensure revenue goals are met.
• Reporting on SDR performance, comparing feasibility and targets, and provide weekly meeting updates.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Strong project and time management skills.​
• Proven ability to set and achieve cold calling and meeting targets effectively.​
• Hybrid Working at Vanissa Building (BTS Chidlom) Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
