Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
Team : KA_FMCG : Health & Beauty teamRole : Key account managerMain JD : keep strong relation with seller and communicate to generate high GMV and all good in key metric
-Establishing strong relations with sellers and supporting their performance, as their main contact point and ensuring ambitious sales and revenue growth-Working with key accounts on annual/quarter/month/week business plan and optimizing further marketing, pricing and product selection-Assisting the line manager in developing plans for team strategy, including target setting, budget planning, operation excellence and other team KPIs-Suggesting promotions to brands, selling marketing services, organizing these campaigns internally-Being in charge of the assortment development through building sales team priority plan to assist for effective execution-Planning and maintaining constant stock availability-Guiding key accounts on platform features, seller tools, promotion mechanics and policies to ensure familiarity of the sellers to the platform-Work across business functions i.e. Campaign team, Business Operations team to support seller's daily operation and revenue growth
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and economics or related fields.
-Minimum 2 year of work experience, preferably in key account management, category management, marketing campaign is preferred.
-Proven experience in business development successes and strategic project management with demonstrated ability to drive successful outcomes is a must
-Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and dynamics is a plus
-Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights based on data analytics and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
-Passionate for multiple simultaneous projects, creative flow and high attention to detail
-Excellent communication both Thai and English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
-Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-A resilient problem-solver with proven leadership qualities
-Strong ownership and attention to details
-High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
-Technical skill on SQL, Tableu, Power BI
-Proven in analytical skill
