Manage 360 marketing campaign, include social media, KOLs and communications platform, based on consumer’s touchpoint from start to the end of the campaign. Also support on develop new business
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to assist their needs through identifying key areas of improvement on digital contents
Reviewing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
Consult with senior staff to strategize the client's specific marketing needs by monitoring and interpreting cultural and social trends & competitors relevant to client business.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy and report on feedback and online reviews
Take responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions
Input on alternatives for brand/MKT communication and advertising strategy together with senior team member
Effectively executes strategies and Ensure account and project management are continually aligned
Monitor content schedule/posting on FB / IG / TW / Line including campaign material.
Monitor postings and create YouTube playlist VDO as per request and provide title and description.
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in Communication/Advertising agency used to manage launching community initiatives campaigns.
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
Good experience in digital agency (total campaign)
