RPM Food Import (Supply Chain)

Position Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of imported food products and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory levels for imported food categories to balance demand fluctuations and minimize stockouts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance metrics such as SLA, lead times, delivery reliability
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with Buyer and related teams to align supply chain activities and support business objectives.
  • Team Leading: Lead and coach team member, ensuring alignment with department goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain replenishment practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in supply chain replenishment or procurement roles
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in imported food categories is a plus.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices and demand forecasting techniques.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
