Support the review, development and implementation of competitive and compelling local reward and benefit programs that are in line with the global reward strategy
Research and support in the development of rewards harmonization proposals in country
Support the job evaluation process using Hay methodology
Conduct market competitor analysis to support the talent attraction and retention
Participate in the salary and benefits surveys to facilitate the market benchmarking process
Support the annual compensation reviews process
Support in the employee wellbeing initiatives in the region
Conduct presentations and training related to Global and local compensation programs to ensure managers and employees understand applicable reward programs
In collaboration with the Reward Manager, support in planning and communicating updates and changes to benefit plans and programs in country
Support and participate in regional rewards projects
Support in the HR & Rewards Analytics
Experience
5+ years C&B experience with sound knowledge of best practices across all aspects of reward management and well versed with Hay Job evaluation method
Able to think strategically and translate business strategy into C&B strategy and actionable plans
Proven experience in structuring & delivering tailor made comp packages, ensuring alignment with global compensation philosophy
