Retail Training Manager
Job Description:
1. Coordinate the overall training needs of the company, establish a training system based on the company's needs, including training courses, selection and management of training instructors, training assessment and evaluation, assessment, implementation, etc
2. Thai language adaptation of product training materials, and production of training materials according to business needs
3. Design a survey questionnaire based on the company's business needs to help the company understand the needs of end customers
4. Regularly organize large-scale offline training, managing the entire process from project planning to completion and implementation
5. Regularly organize projects to enhance sales team's product knowledge, sales capabilities, etc
Job requirements:
1. Able to use Thai and English as working languages
2. At least 3 years of training team management experience
3. Priority given to those in the 3C industry
