Retail Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Multi-Brand and CE market, including business strategy, channel opportunities, and competitive positioning to drive partner channel growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner channel teams at all levels to align sales objectives and implement strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with partner cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent Apple ecosystem narrative at the store level, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through branded fixtures, channel technology, sales processes, and Apple advocacy programs.
• Leverage market insights, demand generation funding, and Apple product strategies to implement the best consumer affordability programs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with store, area, and regional sales teams to assess performance, while working with Apple’s internal cross-functional teams to support partner growth.
• Manage essential administrative tasks, including sales reporting, inventory tracking, and maintaining key documentation and data.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in channel management, account management, or field sales within an international company.
• Strong background in Multi-Brand and CE channels, with a proactive approach to exploring new market opportunities.
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to drive cross-functional sales initiatives through clear direction and data analysis to support go-to-market plans.

• Strong track record of managing revenue and sales targets from store-level to high-level market outlook.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach to building trust-based, win-win relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages or local dialects is a plus.
