Brand & CRM Collaboration
Align performance marketing with brand-building initiatives to strengthen top-of-mind awareness.
Partner with CRM teams to integrate owned and paid channels for a unified customer experience.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and grow a regional marketing team.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing
Experience leading teams, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
Expertise in digital advertising technologies, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of cross functional stakeholders
Ability to maintain performance and focus while adapting to changing environments
