Analyze strategies, set goals, and proceed measurement within the department according to Bank's strategy.
Plan and coordinate in term of human resource management for the department, such as demand-supply management or budget & cost management.
Prepare dashboard for tracking the department performance within the division according to the division goals and deliver new initiatives to improve performance.
Analyze data, plan, monitor, and track various projects related to the division and occasionally present to the management.
Qualification
Have knowledge in Payment Product & Service is an advantage.
Proven analytics skills and visualization.
Strong in data analytic tool, including advance excel with large data dimension, Qlik Sense, and SQL. (preferred)
Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
Analytical thinking, problem solving and open to learn new things.
