    Position Details

    Responsibilities:


    As a customer support, your focus would be serving Ticketmelon’s clients – event organizers. You will be responsible for managing event organizers’ needs and requests with the goal of making sure they are satisfied with Ticketmelon’s service. To that end, you will also be dealing with other parties including ticket buyers and third-party vendors for event-specific needs. Internally, you will be working closely with the sales, marketing and product team to ensure the clients’ needs are adequately answered. To be able to deliver in this position, professional standards and etiquette should always be upheld, as well as being able to adapt your conversation style to that of individual customers and colleagues.


    • Manage ticket buyers’ inquiries and resolve their issues through call center, instant message and e-mails.

    • Help event organizers use Ticketmelon service successfully (On-boarding).

    • Answer to event organizers’ needs and inquiries related to Ticketmelon service.

    • Co-ordinate with third-party vendors for specific event needs based on event organizers’ requirements.

    • Supervise on-site staff to operate Ticketmelon system at event.

    • Take care of company’s equipment brought to support on-site operation.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in management, communication or related fields.

    • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking of Thai and English language.

    • Genuinely cares about customer success.

    • Excellent in real time problem solving.

    • Ability to work under pressure and stay over night.

    • Ability to communicate to a staff and professional audience.

    • Service minded.

    • Self-motivated and self-learning capability.

    • Ability to manage time and prioritization of work tasks.

    • Fresh graduates are welcome.

    • Able to work on weekends and holidays (you can take other days off to compensate).


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience in call center service.

    • Experience in client service/coordinator.

    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.

    • Possess skills in data visualization and reporting with tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet.
