    Position Details

    Job Description

    • Answering phones/ Chats from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
    • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Following up complicated customer calls where required.
    • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
    • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Responsibilities

    • Be able to work on night shift rotation (5-day working/week) 
    • Able to work under pressure in a service-minded manner 
    • At least 1-2 years of hospitality experience or related field
    • Able to communicate effectively in English and Thai are required
