Quality Assurance Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Inspects and reports on materials, processes and products using variable or attribute measuring techniques to ensure conformance with the company's quality standards
• Performs basic quality techniques to track and report on materials, processes and products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards
• Coordinates quality related data from production activities and reports these data using basic statistical techniques
• Performs other quality assurance functions as necessary or as requested

Must Have

• Complies with the company quality policy and follows the quality management systems
• Follow, implement and maintain HS&E management system policies, procedures, work instructions, rules and regulations that developed or/and implemented within department or and the company.
• Can check every product of the company according to WI or SOS, such as Burr. measurement, Visual inspection, Lid Tilt Vision, Thickness Inspection
• Can use various measuring devices such as Microscope, Micro Gloss meter, X-Rite Densitometer, Roughness, Tensile testing

• Sufficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
