Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect Construction/Design -Control construction work to meet the standards of car showrooms and service centers. -Capable of reviewing drawings and providing comments.

2. Problem-Solving at the Work Site -Able to address construction issues promptly in the case of incorrect implementation or provide -advice to partners and contractors.

3. Effective Communication and Coordination -Demonstrate effective communication and coordination skills among partners, contractors, and the team.

4. Generate Summary Reports -Prepare weekly project summary reports and present to management.

5. Documentation and Administrative Tasks

- Capable of creating Word and Excel files for approval purposes.

- Compose announcement letters for each agenda.

- Process disbursements in the system.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architect, Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. At least 3-5 years of architect, interior design.

3. Experience in car showroom design, shop design or construction is advantageous.

4. Strong interpersonal skills.

5. Must own a car.

6. Able to work in upcountry areas.
