Work closely with VMD (Visual Merchandising Department) and data analysis team to conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, products, and services that align with the organization's needs.
Coordinate with vendor (existing & new vendor) to seek good quality product with affordable price. Ensuring effective communication and negotiation for favorable terms and conditions.
Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, taking into consideration price, quality, delivery times, and other relevant factors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure efficient supply chain management and timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand, making purchase decisions to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance optimization.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information, utilizing procurement software and systems.
Required Skills:

Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues with suppliers, inventory management, and supply chain disruptions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Financial acumen to analyze pricing structures, cost-saving opportunities, and budget management.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, ethical procurement practices, and sustainability initiatives.
Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing market conditions, supplier availability, and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the industry relevant to the organization at least 3 years.
Proficiency in Microsoft365 e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Power Point.
Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines.
Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
Strong team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
Proficiency in using English and Thai to communicate internal and external.
Thorough understanding of agency business to manage client satisfaction in highest level.
Strong passion in market trend, customer insight is a plus.
