Lead Eucerin marketing strategy, NPD direction, concept and execution plan in order drive Eucerin Net Sales, Market Share and uplift Eucerin brand equity
Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
Planning and execution of all communication platforms and media actions on all channels to gain new in accordance with global guideline.
Responsible for all ATL & BTL activities (TVC, Print, Activation, Digital & PR, POSM, Sleever, KOL Review) to ensure all the execution is implemented effectively according to marketing plan.
Lead cross-functions to implement integrated campaign, align priorities for each category so as to ensure the implementation at store level is implemented according to brand direction.
Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
Providing monthly portfolio performance analysis with actionable plan
Competitor and customer insights analysis
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Business, Advertising, Marketing and Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ or Market Research
Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
Hands on attitude and analytically driven.
Good command in English both spoken and written.
Proficient in MS Office and Nielsen
