Development of annual brand plans & budget to achieve targets
Plan and execute efficient brand investment plan
Overseeing digital / precision marketing and data strategies for the business.
To facilitate launching and marketing promotion of existing and new products to develop sales opportunities.
To be responsible for product development.
Track and report overall effectiveness of the program through specific KPIs
Develop and manage strategic roadmaps and marketing plans across multiple initiatives, including plan objectives, strategy, messaging, tactics, budgets and executive communication to deliver enterprise goals
Lead a strong team of marketers and provide ongoing thoughtful feedback through development conversations. Continuously assess organizational structure and capabilities to meet ongoing and changing enterprise needs
Drive for results, able to influence and accomplish tasks through formal and informal channels
Researching/ Studying market opportunity for current and new product development to ensure the business direction alignment
Creating and utilizing new communications channel to enhance sales opportunities (especially digital and social media)
Analyze market, competitors, and consumer data to evaluate brand and campaign performance
Track and manage marketing spending of assigned projects
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in any field with an excellent academic background
Have strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plans and product management
Proven project and budget management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skill to influence stakeholders
Experiences in FMCG is a plus
Knowledge and experiences on Marketing, Sales, Product development, Mass communication, Advertising or Consumer research.
Familiarity with statistical modeling / machine learning techniques
Experience with responsibility for brand, product, or innovation marketing strategy & execution.
Able to develop holistic and strategic marketing vision and strategy; lead a team in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Strong financial acumen, agile decision-making, entrepreneurial nature, and ability to adjust plans strategically in a changing environment.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate leadership and strong project ownership
Good organization and planning skills
Good attitude and work well under pressure and ambiguity under short timeline
