Job Duties
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Ensure that the products and supplies are high-quality
Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment input relating procurement information such as Purchase request, quotation to the system
Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. Ongoing contract review and industry benchmark to assess where contract re-negotiation is warranted.
Liaise with legal team about contract status to ensure the compliance function is supported.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers, ensuring the transparency and good name of these suppliers
Document Filling to reflect transparency and to support the availability of information
Undertakes other duties, as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting / Finance, or any related field
3-5 years of experience in Procurement background or related position.
Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
Strong personal skills pro-active, flexibility, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure
Good command in English
Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, mainly Excel
Ability to work independently
