Process Improvement Specialist

Position Details

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement operational strategies, initiatives, plans and processes to support the successful delivery of IT services

  • Analyze internal operational process and identify key areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction

  • Design, develop, and implement using Microsoft Power Platform to improve business processes.

  • Lead end-to-end development of process automation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.

  • Conduct Research for Bringing new Technology tools to drive Business Improvement

  • Liaise with Related Stakeholder for Project Control

  • Perform additional relevant responsibilities as delegated by the line manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process automation, Business Analyst, IT development, or IT project delivery.

  • Handle project management about Business Process improvement, IT Implementation and user, vendors, IT support.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
