Process Improvement Specialist
Responsibilities:
Design and implement operational strategies, initiatives, plans and processes to support the successful delivery of IT services
Analyze internal operational process and identify key areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction
Design, develop, and implement using Microsoft Power Platform to improve business processes.
Lead end-to-end development of process automation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.
Conduct Research for Bringing new Technology tools to drive Business Improvement
Liaise with Related Stakeholder for Project Control
Perform additional relevant responsibilities as delegated by the line manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process automation, Business Analyst, IT development, or IT project delivery.
Handle project management about Business Process improvement, IT Implementation and user, vendors, IT support.
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
