Plan, prepare, and manage packaging materials to support parent seed storage and seed packing to meet the requirements of the parent seed supply and export plan.
Prepare and manage both in-house and rental cold storage to meet the requirements of storage space needed to support parent seed inventory and production volume.
Manage parent seed inventory and packing material movement for both inbound and outbound to support seed production volume and packing orders.
Plan and coordinate with relegated functions to manage parent seed transportation both domestic and export to deliver parent seed as per requirements of quantity, quality, and timing.
Complete all transactions of seed and packing material movement in the SAP system to ensure all inventories and stocks have been updated with requirements and timelines.
Provide training to team members and ensure that all parent seed inventories and packing material stock are updated and accurate between physical inventory and the SAP system.
Plan and manage seed sampling for quality testing to ensure parent seed batch quality has been monitored and complied with parent seed standards.
Contact and accommodate government officers of the Department of Agriculture to support seed sampling and dry seed testing for phytosanitary certificates of parent seed export.
Responsible for pre-commercial projects to complete and ensure all projects comply with safety and compliance requirements.
Develop and monitor a preventive maintenance plan for all equipment and machines under the pre-commercial department and ensure that all equipment and machines are in good condition, comply with safety requirements, and are ready for operation.
Encourage the team and ensure that all team members and activities in pre-commercial seed storage areas comply with the quality system and HSE policies.

Bachelor's degree or above in post-harvest technology.
3-5 years experience in corn seed storage and supply chain management.
Post-harvest technology of corn seed or related.
Good in English and computer skills.
Valid driver's license, good driving skills and record.
