Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main liaison between RedFynn Technologies and our clients, managing the relationship from the initial engagement through to post-implementation support. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by understanding their business needs and providing ongoing value.
Strategic Consulting: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, offering strategic advice on how to leverage our POS systems to achieve their goals.
Customized Solution Delivery: Oversee the customization and deployment of POS systems tailored to each client’s unique requirements, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process.
Project Coordination: Lead the coordination of internal resources and teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Guidance: Provide clients with expert advice on system integration, upgrades, and enhancements, helping them to continuously optimize their operations.
Ongoing Support: Monitor the performance of installed POS systems, proactively addressing any issues and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Upselling and Renewals: Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades that could benefit the client, and manage contract renewals to ensure continued partnership.
Client Training and Development: Ensure that clients are fully trained and comfortable with their POS systems, offering additional training sessions as needed to maximize their use of the technology.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly review and analyze system performance data to provide clients with insights that help them make informed decisions about their operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Support teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role sales role, within the Point of Sale (POS) or related technology industry.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, with a track record of maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Strong technical knowledge of POS systems and related technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for clients.
Experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly sheets, for data analysis and client reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
A BS degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus, though not required.
